Manchester United drew 1-1 against Chelsea in their Premier League clash at Old Trafford.

It was an eventful game for Manchester United, who have had a mixed performance against Chelsea but could have easily taken three points.

Bruno Fernandes scored from the penalty spot on 70 minutes after Rasmus Højlund was fouled in the box but the visitors responded quickly with a goal.

Quality was lacking in the final third for both teams during most of the game.

The United player ratings can be read below.

Man Utd player ratings vs Chelsea

André Onana – 6.5/10

Did well throughout, couldn’t do much about the goal.

Diogo Dalot – 6.5/10

A solid game overall.

Matthijs de Ligt – 7.5/10

Dealt with Cole Palmer in the box brilliantly on a few occasions.

Lisandro Martínez – 7/10

Some important interceptions throughout.

Noussair Mazraoui – 8.5/10

He was United’s best player. Excellent on the ball and good defensively as well.

Manuel Ugarte – 4/10

Some really poor moments in possession. Just didn’t look comfortable and could have been sent off for the amount of fouls he made.

Casemiro – 7/10

Some great defensive work and played the pass in behind to create the penalty.

Alejandro Garnacho – 4/10

Very underwhelming on the right side to start, moved across to the left and was just as poor. Somehow lasted the full 90 minutes.

Bruno Fernandes – 6.5/10

Composed from the penalty spot but produced a flustered finish in the box in the final minutes of the game. Mixed game.

Marcus Rashford – 7/10

Looked very dangerous in the final third, creating a few chances, before being moved to the right where he wasn’t as affective.

Rasmus Højlund – 6.5/10

He played well with his back to goal but too slow to release a few passes in behind the Chelsea backline. Good work to win the penalty.

Substitutes
