Player Ratings: Everton 0-1 Manchester United (Premier League)

Manchester United secured a well-fought 1-0 win against Everton in their Premier League clash at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

It was an extremely scruffy game between Everton and Manchester United, with players struggling to find their rhythm on the pitch throughout.

Benjamin Šeško provided the match-winning moment for United in the second half after a brilliant counter-attack, and the Reds managed to hold on for the victory.

The United player ratings can be read below.

Senne Lammens – 9/10

United’s Man of the Match and it wasn’t close. Dealt with everything in the air perfectly despite Everton’s dirty tactics, and made several impressive saves.

Diogo Dalot – 7/10

A couple of awkward moments early on but defended well all game and was one of United’s better players on the bal.

Leny Yoro – 6/10

Very shaky start to the game but built in confidence and was important in grabbing the clean sheet.

Harry Maguire – 7/10

Strong in the air all game. It was a battle and he was important for the Reds.

Luke Shaw – 5/10

Not a great display but worked hard.

Casemiro – 6/10

Decent first-half but sloppiness crept in during the second period.

Decent throughout.

Amad – 5/10

Not the best display. Sloppy, and brought off early.

Bruno Fernandes – 5/10

Lost too many duels.

Matheus Cunha – 7/10

Struggled throughout and it looked like his slip on the counter-attack was costly, but a brilliant pass in behind led to the goal and he worked so hard defensively.

A difficult game for him but produced the assist for Šeško.
