Pep Guardiola names four Manchester United stars he’s scared of, one is the “best I’ve ever seen”
Pep Guardiola has praised Bruno Fernandes for being one of the best creative midfielders he has ever seen, along with three other Manchester United stars.
For the second year running, Manchester United and Manchester City will square off in the FA Cup final. City enter the match as the newly crowned Premier League champions, winning their fourth title in a row.
This season, however, has been vastly different for United. The team has underperformed across all competitions, leaving the FA Cup as their final hope for both a trophy and a spot in Europe.

Last season, City triumphed with İlkay Gündoğan scoring twice, overshadowing Bruno Fernandes’ first-half penalty. Many blamed David de Gea’s poor goalkeeping for United’s defeat in the final.
Fernandes has scored three times against Manchester City in 11 appearances, providing two assists in that time as well. He will no doubt start against them as the side’s No. 10 on Saturday afternoon, and Pep Guardiola has explained how he feels the Portuguese international is one of the best creative players he has ever seen.
Alongside Fernandes, he has also named Alejandro Garnacho, Marcus Rashford, and Ramsus Højlund as three other “brilliant” players that his City side must be aware of.
“They have the runners. The actions from brilliant players they have up front,” Guardiola said. “Garnacho, Rashford, Højlund, of course, Bruno Fernandes. When he has the ball, everything happens.
“The influence from Bruno on that team is outstanding, unbelievable. I saw the last few games, and I said, ‘This guy is… His creativity is one of the best I’ve ever seen’. They have experience too.”
