Marcus Rashford could match unique England record vs Brazil and Belgium

Marcus Rashford could equal Jermaine Defoe for a unique record if he comes on as a substitute for England against Brazil on Saturday.
Marcus Rashford is one of three Manchester United players who have been called up to represent England for their upcoming international friendlies against Brazil and Belgium.
With both fixtures taking place at Wembley Stadium on Saturday and Tuesday evenings, Rashford will be joined by Kobbie Mainoo and Harry Maguire as England prepare for the upcoming EURO 2024 tournament.

Rashford has been a key member of the England squad since his international debut in May 2016. He has scored 17 goals in 59 appearances, 33 of which have been from the bench.
According to MailOnline, should Rashford also make two substitute appearances against Brazil and Belgium, he will match Jermaine Defoe’s record of the most substitute appearances for England, with 35.
Rashford showed during the Qatar World Cup that he can be a very dangerous option for England, scoring two goals in the competition including a brilliant free-kick against Wales in the group stage.
Current England midfielder Jordan Henderson makes the top 10 with 26 appearances off the bench in a total of 81 games.
Emile Heskey, Phil Neville, Kieron Dyer, Owen Hargreaves, Joe Cole, James Milner, and Peter Crouch make the rest of the list.
