Manchester United’s squad were working hard in training on Thursday afternoon as they prepare for a clash with Bournemouth.
Manchester United will aim to stabilise their recent form when they welcome Bournemouth to Old Trafford on Monday night.
Ruben Amorim’s side are coming off one of their strongest results this season after winning 4–1 against Wolves, featuring a Bruno Fernandes double and goals from Bryan Mbeumo and Mason Mount.
United have become harder to beat in recent months, with just one defeat in their last nine league matches, but only two wins in their previous six continue to raise doubts about the consistency of their displays.
Bournemouth arrive in Manchester on the back of a tough spell, having suffered four defeats and taken only two draws from their last six Premier League outings. Even so, they have enjoyed remarkable recent success at Old Trafford, recording back-to-back 3–0 wins there in the last two seasons.
United working hard in training ahead of Bournemouth
As United prepare for their next clash against The Cherries, the club decided to allow cameras to capture the latest training session at Carrington.
Amorim and his coaches were leading the session and the squad appeared to be in good spirits as they look to climb up the Premier League table.
There were several youngsters involved, with Shea Lacey seeming to become a regular in the first-team. His debut has not come yet but it would not be surprising to see him in action soon.
Matthijs de Ligt and Benjamin Šeško have been out of action in recent weeks and while they are both set to return soon, neither were involved in Thursday’s session.
United’s top scorer so far this term is Mbeumo, who has netted seven goals in all competitions, and he was looking sharp in the warm-up.
While the goalkeepers were not pictured in the session, as they were doing work separately to the outfielders, Senne Lammens is expected to make his 10th appearance for the club.
