Manchester United squad to face Crystal Palace in Premier League clash
Manchester United will host Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon as Marcel Sabitzer is included in the matchday squad for the encounter.
The Reds will be eager to get all three points, especially after they were held to a point at Selhurst Park last month.
Victory would mean that they move six points clear of Tottenham Hotspur in fifth place. They face Manchester City on Sunday.
The latest team news for the encounter revealed that Sabizter would enter the fray and Diogo Dalot was likely to return to the squad. Both players have been sighted at Old Trafford for this upcoming encounter.
Jadon Sancho is also in the squad after making his first appearance since October against Nottingham Forest on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that Anthony Martial is absent from the squad. The Frenchman returned from injury against Forest too and scored the opening goal of the game.
Whether or not he is injured is unknown as of yet. Frustration is beginning to heighten among the fanbase, with Martial playing just over 700 minutes of football so far this season.
The full matchday squad, as reported by planetfaz on Twitter, is as follows:
De Gea, Bishop, Heaton, Varane, Dalot, Shaw, Martinez, Lindelöf, Maguire, Wan-Bissaka, Malacia, Fernandes, Mainoo, Casemiro, Fred, Sabitzer, Rashford, Garnacho, Sancho, Antony, Weghorst
United kick-off at 15:00 GMT and will not be shown on live TV in the United Kingdom. For those outside of the UK, you can view the relevant broadcaster for this game here.
