Manchester United are set to face Arsenal in New Jersey on Saturday evening as Andre Onana could make his unofficial debut for the club.

The goalkeeper officially signed for United on Thursday evening and trained with the group on Friday in America ahead of the game.

He had returned to training at Inter Milan before completing the move, so could be in line to appear in some capacity against The Gunners.

In front of him will likely be a strong back four with just one change from the starting defences against Leeds United and Lyon.

Alvaro Fernandez will exit the team for Luke Shaw, who is one of several players now available for selection after extended holidays following international duty last month.

Shaw will be alongside familiar faces in Lisandro Martinez, Raphael Varane and Aaron Wan-Bissaka as a full strength backline begins the opening US tour fixture.

In front of them will likely be a full strength midfield trio. Whilst Kobbie Mainoo has excelled in the opening two friendlies, Ten Hag will be keen to get Casemiro, Mason Mount and Bruno Fernandes on the pitch at the same time.

The frontline will be stronger than usual, with the return of Marcus Rashford. He will likely start through the middle with Antony and Jadon Sancho flanking him either side.

Many others are expected to get opportunities in the second half of the game, however, Ten Hag could opt for many of the starting players to play 60 minutes rather than the 45 they did in the opening two games.
