Marcus Rashford, David de Gea, and Erik ten Hag are all up for Premier League awards after a brilliant February.

Manchester United won three fixtures and drew one in February, beating Crystal Palace at home, Leeds United away, and Leicester City at home, while Leeds held the club to a 2-2 draw at Old Trafford.

February, in general, has been Erik ten Hag‘s best month so far in general, with wins against Barcelona and Newcastle United as well as lifting his first trophy with the club in the Carabao Cup final beyond the positive Premier League results.

The first award the club could see come through the door is from Marcus Rashford, who has been nominated for the February Player of the Month award.

Rashford scored in all four of United’s Premier League games in February, scoring in both games against Leeds, once again Crystal Palace, and two against Leicester City.

has won the award twice this season already, and could become only the second person to win the award three times in a season, with Mohammed Salah being the only other player to do so.

He is up against Leicester’s Kelechi Iheanacho, Fulham’s Bernd Leno and Manor Solomon, Tottenham’s Emerson Royal, and Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins.

The second award, quite predictably, is Erik ten Hag, who has been nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Month award.

The Premier League website states that Ten Hag has been nominated for the award “by putting Manchester United in the title race after an unbeaten February that included wins over Crystal Palace, Leeds and Leicester.”

Manchester United’s Carabao Cup victory against Newcastle United is also mentioned aside from the Premier League results. He is up against Tottenham’s Antonio Conte and Fulham’s Marco Silva.

The final award, last but not least, is David de Gea being nominated twice for the Premier League’s Save of the Month award.

Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsdale, Chelsea’s Kepa Arrizabalaga, Liverpool’s Alisson, and Everton’s Jordan Pickford have also been nominated for the award, but De Gea is the only goalkeeper with two entries.

Both of the entries came against Leicester, with De Gea’s reactionary save against Iheanacho and dive to stop Harvey Barnes’ curling effort the picks of the bunch this month.
