Manchester United confirm Rúben Amorim XI vs West Ham as Chido Obi decision made (Premier League)

Manchester United have confirmed that Rúben Amorim has selected Chido Obi on the bench as his side take on West Ham in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.

Fresh off a commanding 4-1 win over Athletic Club to reach the Europa League final, Manchester United now shift their attention back to the Premier League.

Rúben Amorim’s side return to Old Trafford for their penultimate home fixture of the campaign, welcoming West Ham in what will be their final match at the stadium before the trip to Bilbao.

With the focus clearly on European silverware, Amorim has rotated his squad, using the remaining league games to test combinations and give Academy players valuable minutes.

Nonetheless, with United sitting 15th, there’s still a point to prove as they aim to end a frustrating domestic season with some pride intact.

The XIS have been confirmed below, with Amorim starting Chido Obi on the bench and Ramsus Højlund as the club’s striker, while Amad returns to the starting team.

Manchester United’s line-up

Subs: Heaton, Dorgu, Fredricson, Lindelof, Maguire, Casemiro, Eriksen, Garnacho, Obi.
