Manchester United have confirmed Michael Carrick’s starting XI as the club take on Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon.
Michael Carrick had the perfect start to life as Manchester United boss last weekend with a dominant 2-0 display against rivals Manchester City.
It was not only a good result, but also a phenomenal performance from United and Carrick will want his team to carry on that form into this clash with Arsenal.
United travel to the Emirates Stadium in the hopes of an upset against the league leaders. Mikel Arteta’s side are currently four points clear at the top of the Premier League.
The Reds have not won an away fixture against the Gunners in the league since their 3-1 victory in December 2017, although they did beat them on penalties at the Emirates in the FA Cup last term.
The XIs have been confirmed below, with Carrick keeping the same team which faced City, which leaves Benjamin Šeško and Matheus Cunha on the bench.
Manchester United’s line-up
