Manchester United confirm Erik ten Hag XI vs West Ham as Bruno Fernandes returns
Manchester United have confirmed Erik ten Hag’s starting team to face West Ham in their Premier League clash as Bruno Fernandes returns to the side.
Manchester United earned a point from their Europa League match against Fenerbahce on Thursday, continuing their disappointing European record.
Erik ten Hag’s team remains winless in their last nine European fixtures over the past year and will now shift their attention back to the Premier League.
The Reds are currently 13th in the table after a recent win over Brentford, hoping to build momentum as they face West Ham next.
Similarly, Julen Lopetegui’s side has faced challenges, sitting 16th in the league with only two victories from their first eight games.
Ten Hag has made several changes to his team which travel to the London Stadium, with captain Bruno Fernandes coming back into the side after his European suspension in midweek.
Meanwhile, Casemiro replaces Manuel Ugarte in the midfield to partner Chrisitan Eriksen, who is in solid form at the moment.
In the attacking line, Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho flank Rasmus Højlund. While the defence includes André Onana, Noussair Mazraoui, Matthijs de Ligt, Lisandro Martínez and Diogo Dalot.
