Manchester United confirm Rúben Amorim XI vs Real Sociedad, Ayden Heaven decision made (Europa League)

Rúben Amorim has made his decision surrounding Ayden Heaven as Manchester United line up to face Real Sociedad at Old Trafford in the second leg of their Europa League knockout tie.

Manchester United turn their attention back to the Europa League as they prepare to face Real Sociedad in the second leg of their round of 16 tie at Old Trafford.

The first leg in San Sebastián saw Joshua Zirkzee give Rúben Amorim’s side the lead, but Mikel Oyarzabal’s penalty brought the tie level at 1-1 on aggregate.

With a quarter-final spot at stake, both teams will be eager to take control. The winner will face either Olympique Lyonnais or FCSB, with the French side holding a 3-1 lead ahead of their second leg.

United’s last match ended in a 1-1 draw with Arsenal, a performance that provided plenty of encouragement. With the Old Trafford crowd behind them, the Reds will look to take another step forward in Europe on Thursday night.
