Manchester United have confirmed that Rúben Amorim has chosen to start XXX as they face Nottingham Forest in the Premier League on Tuesday evening.
Following a two-week international break, Rúben Amorim’s Manchester United return to Premier League action with an away trip to Nottingham Forest on Tuesday, 1 April.
United entered the international break in excellent shape, recording two victories against Real Sociedad, comfortably beating Leicester City 3-0, and drawing 1-1 against Arsenal.
Bruno Fernandes has been pivotal to United’s recent success, scoring five goals and adding two assists across his last three appearances under Amorim.
While the clash at Forest provides a perfect opportunity to continue their impressive run, Amorim will also be mindful of challenging fixtures ahead, including the Manchester Derby and a two-legged Europa League quarter-final against Olympique Lyonnais.
The XIs have been confirmed below, with Amorim reinstating Joshua Zirkzee in the front line as Fernandes plays as part of the front three.
