Manchester United squad vs Bodo/Glimt: Leny Yoro return hint given as changes expected
Leny Yoro may return to Manchester United’s matchday squad against Bodo/Glimt as Rúben Amorim is expected to make changes during his first fixture at Old Trafford.
Following a 1-1 stalemate with Ipswich Town, Rúben Amorim is set to take charge of his second game as Manchester United head coach on Thursday evening.
The Europa League fixture against Bodo/Glimt will also be Amorim’s debut in the Old Trafford dugout since his appointment earlier this month.

Currently, United sit 15th in the Europa League standings, three points shy of the top eight positions that guarantee automatic qualification to the next round.
With a record of three draws and one win so far in the group stage, United face a crucial challenge in their remaining four matches to climb the table and avoid the play-off round ahead of the knockout stages in the new year.
Yoro return hint
Following his absence from the squad that travelled to Ipswich, 19-year-old Leny Yoro may make his return to the matchday side as they face Bodo/Glimt at Old Trafford.
Suppose Rúben Amorim’s first squad is anything to go by. In that case, his inclusion of Tyrell Malacia and Kobbie Mainoo in the weekend squad, despite not playing them, shows he wants to embed previously injured stars into the side where possible.
With the Europa League squads allowing for an extra two spaces compared to the Premier League, this hints that Yoro may well get his chance to travel with the team for the first time since his injury in pre-season.
However, this does not guarantee he will start or even play, as Mainoo and Malacia found out throughout the Sunday afternoon draw.
16-year-old centre-back Godwill Kukonki also travelled with the United side to Ipswich but was not included in the matchday squad, but could occupy the other space granted to United by UEFA.
After the club suffered no injuries against Ipswich and no other injured players are expected to return before Thursday, it’s thought that the rest of those who were present against Ipswich will be at Old Trafford.
However, as Amorim pointed out on Sunday afternoon, he will have to change a lot of the starting XI as he continues to get to know his new squad.
