Man United predicted XI vs West Ham as Erik ten Hag makes two unpopular decisions
Erik ten Hag is expected to make two unpopular decisions as Manchester United line up to face West Ham on Saturday afternoon in the Premier League.
Manchester United are in dire need of Premier League points in the coming weeks as Erik ten Hag‘s club sit seventh in the table, six points from Manchester City in fourth.
United are travelling to take on West Ham at the London Stadium for the lunchtime kick-off on Saturday afternoon, and André Onana is expected to continue his place in goal. No goalkeeper has more clean sheets than Onana in the league this season.

In defence, once change is expected with Diogo Dalot suspended for a red card against Liverpool – Aaron Wan-Bissaka is likely to take his place. Other than that, the back four should consist of Jonny Evans, Raphaël Varane, and Luke Shaw after their clean sheet at Anfield.
In midfield, Ten Hag is likely to make a very unpopular decision as he drops Kobbie Mainoo to the bench. Although Mainoo performed admirably against Liverpool, the Dutchman is known to often protect young players if they do not need to be deployed, and with the return of Bruno Fernandes, this may be the case against West Ham. He was also not spotted with the travelling squad.
And although Christian Eriksen is back in training, it is expected that he will only feature on the bench, with Sofyan Amrabat and Scott McTominay starting behind Fernandes.
Rasmus Højlund is predicted to keep his place up-front as there is yet to be any news on the fitness of Anthony Martial.
With Antony almost a certainty to start on the right wing, it is a toss-up between Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho for the left hand side.
Although it may be a second unpopular decision, Rashford has a good record against West Ham, scoring five times and assisting four across 19 fixtures, and could start after overcoming illness.
Man United Predicted XI
Onana, Wan-Bissaka, Evans, Varane, Shaw, Amrabat, McTominay, Fernandes, Antony, Højlund, Rashford.
