Jadon Sancho and Antony agree on Man United star after FA Cup victory

Jadon Sancho and Antony have sent one Manchester United star the same message after the club’s FA Cup final win over Manchester City.

The Reds opened the scoring early on as Alejandro Garnacho pounced on a mistake from Pep Guardiola’s backline.

Kobbie Mainoo soon doubled the lead following a great move involving Marcus Rashford, Garnacho and Bruno Fernandes.

Jeremy Doku cut United’s lead in half in the closing stages, but his goal was not enough, and Erik ten Hag’s side emerged victorious.

Rashford was emotional at the final whistle after winning his second FA Cup with the club. His first trophy came under Louis van Gaal during his debut campaign in 2016.

The forward has been criticised a lot this season but produced a very impressive performance at Wembley. He was applauded by the United fans after being replaced by Rasmus Højlund.

After full-time, the United forward posted an image on Instagram of him in tears after the game. “People want to know what Man United means to me!” he captioned the post.

Sancho, who is currently on loan at Borussia Dortmund after a fallout with Ten Hag, and Antony both sent replies to Rashford.

Sancho wrote: “Love you brother”, while Antony added, “I love you brother” – the message was clear.

It was a successful day for the club following a dismal season, and Rashford will be having a long summer break ahead of the next campaign.
