“Huge impact” – Erik ten Hag names ‘different character’ within Man United’s squad
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has been singing the praises of Rasmus Højlund ahead of their Premier League trip to Arsenal.
Against Arsenal, Manchester United are set to hand a debut to their new Danish striker, Rasmus Højlund.
It is a fixture loaded with history, and Erik ten Hag will be looking for his new striker to make his mark by becoming the latest in a long list of players to score in the tie.

The Premier League clash is the most hotly anticipated match-up of the weekend, with Ten Hag addressing questions about his new striker on Friday
“I think he is (ready to cope with pressure). So I think it’s a different character in our squad and that makes it really exciting,” said Ten Hag on Friday.
“I think for the balance in the squad, it’s very good and already we noticed that in this week when he came in, a different spirit is coming up and he gives that energy and so also all the players you see them get energy from it, so it’s very good and just let him settle in, give him time.
“No player can act from the start. Of course, we expect a huge impact. But also he needs time to settle into the team, to settle into the way of play and the rest will come. I’m very confident of that.”
Manchester United will face Arsenal on Sunday afternoon as they look to build momentum after a rocky start to the 2023/24 Premier League season.
