How to watch Manchester United vs Real Betis (Friendly)
Manchester United are lining up to take on Real Betis in their second of two friendly fixtures in Spain during the pause of the Premier League season for the 2022 World Cup.
The first fixture, against Real Cadiz CF, ended in a 4-2 loss against the Spanish side, with Erik ten Hag branding the performance “unacceptable”. Despite goals from Anthony Martial and Kobbie Mainoo on either side of half-time to fight back from a 2-0 deficit, two second-half goals from Cadiz saw United fall to defeat.
The friendly fixtures have the aim of keeping players’ fitness up and allowing some of the youngest and the fringe members of the squad the chance to impress Erik ten Hag, and against Betis, many players will have a point to prove.
