How to watch Manchester United vs Ipswich: TV channel, livestream and latest team news
Manchester United are looking to secure their first Premier League win since late January as they prepare to face Ipswich Town this week.
Ruben Amorim’s first game in charge of Manchester United came against Ipswich Town in a 1-1 draw at Portman Road.
It was the start of what has become an extremely difficult season for the new United head coach, who has only won 10 of his opening 22 games at the club.
United weakened their squad in the January transfer market by allowing Tyrell Malacia, Antony and Marcus Rashford leave on loan. Patrick Dorgu was the only major signing made.
Shortly after the window slammed shut, United saw both Lisandro Martínez and Amad fall to season-ending injuries. They were two of the only players who had been impressing under Amorim.
Despite the extreme difficulties, Amorim needs to figure out how to get points on the board for United, who are only 13 points above the relegation zone. They have won just one of their last five Premier League outings and face Ipswich next.
The Tractor Boys, meanwhile, will be look at this game as an opportunity to pry themselves a step closer to potential safety.
