Harry Amass has made a bold prediction about one Manchester United starlet this season, and everyone is excited.

The Reds have started their 2024/25 campaign and had a mixed start in the Premier League with one win and one loss.

Harry Amass is not quite playing for Erik ten Hag’s side in competitive games yet but he showed that he is on the verge during pre-season.

The defender impressed greatly during the summer camp and looks to be close to making his debut and challenging for a spot in the first-team squad despite being just 17 years of age.

Pre-season provided great opportunities, not only for Amass but the likes of Toby Collyer too, but one extremely exciting starlet missed out on his chance.

It had been reported in April that United were looking to give 17-year-old Shea Lacey his first team debut before the end of the 2023/24 campaign.

The exciting winger had only just signed his first professional deal at Old Trafford once this news came out and had also been training with Ten Hag’s squad.

However, he soon suffered an unfortunate injury setback that would keep him out of the final games of the season but also the pre-season tour.

There are not many in the academy setup who are more talented on the ball than Lacey, but he just needs injury luck to be on his side while he deals with trying to push his way into the first-team.

Lacey took to Instagram on Wednesday to suggest a return soon. He uploaded an image of him wearing the new home kit with the caption “24/25⌛️”

In the comments, Amass responded to his teammate with the message, “Your time ❤️”.

Many will agree with the United left-back that Lacey has a big opportunity this season if he can stay fit due to his talent level.
