European giant produces U-Turn on Marcus Rashford amid potential Man Utd exit
One European giant has produced a U-Turn on Marcus Rashford amid his potential exit from Manchester United next year.
Marcus Rashford’s exit from Manchester United is looking even more likely following his latest interview after Ruben Amorim dropped him from the squad that beat Manchester City.
The club’s no.10 confirmed that he is open to a ‘new challenge’ when asked about his Old Trafford future by Henry Winter this week.
“For me, personally, I think I’m ready for a new challenge and the next steps,” he admitted.
“When I leave it’s going to be ‘no hard feelings’. You’re not going to have any negative comments from me about Manchester United. That’s me as a person.”
This follows on from various reports stating that United are open to selling Rashford in 2025, with a January sale being the preference.
After those comments, a mid-season move seems even more ideal for the player and club but the question is about who will sign him.

Rashford’s high wages are still matched with a reported £40 million price-tag, which would prove a difficult move for many clubs outside of a summer window.
Even those who have previously held serious interest in the 27-year-old are not ready to jump at signing him, with one major European team producing a clear U-Turn.
Paris Saint-Germain were previously extremely well-known in their interest for Rashford, with the French club’s president Nasser Al-Khelaifi commenting on the player beforehand.
“He’s another player that is really amazing,” Al-Khelaifi said in 2022 before Rashford’s latest contract extension.
“And for free? To have Rashford for free, every club would run after him, definitely.”
However, Laurie Whitwell has since confirmed that PSG is not on the agenda for Rashford, with no current interest in taking the English forward to Paris.
It remains to be seen which clubs will register interest in the player in the coming months, but an exit looks inevitable at this point.
