Confirmed XIs as Manchester United take on Real Madrid (pre-season)
Manchester United will take on their fifth pre-season friendly of the summer as they face Real Madrid in Huston, Texas.
The Real Madrid fixture comes less than 24 hours after a young Manchester United XI fell to a 3-1 defeat against Wrexham in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Erik ten Hag has selected a strong XI as the club look to build on their 2-0 victory against Premier League rivals Arsenal on Saturday evening.

This fixture sees the first time Casemiro, Bruno Fernandes, and Mason Mount have started since the latter’s £55 million signing from Chelsea.
The tie also sees a first start for André Onana, who is expected to become Ten Hag’s new first-choice goalkeeper after the departure of David de Gea.
