Confirmed match officials: Manchester United vs Crystal Palace (Premier League)

Manchester United return to Premier League action as they host Crystal Palace at Old Trafford.
Manchester United‘s last Premier League result came against Arsenal a fortnight ago, with Erik ten Hag’s side advancing in both the Carabao Cup and FA Cup since.
These two sides met just three weeks ago, with Michael Olise cancelling out Bruno Fernandes’ goal with a last-minute equaliser for Crystal Palace to share the spoils.
The officiating team for the Saturday fixture have been confirmed.
Match referee
Andre Marriner will be the man in charge of the league fixture in Manchester. He has led seven Premier League fixtures so far this season.
He is yet to take charge of a Manchester United fixture across all competitions in 2022/23, and is yet to award a red card so far.
Assistant referees
Stuart Burt and Simon Bennett will be monitoring the touchlines at Old Trafford, and Josh Smith will be tasked with the job of keeping things calm in the technical area as the matches designated fourth official.
Video Assistant Referees (VAR)
VAR, often a controversial topic in the Premier League, will be handled by Tony Harrington. He will be assisted by Harry Lennard in the Stockley Park booth.
