Benni McCarthy admits his Man United future is in doubt amid INEOS changes
Benni McCarthy is eyeing a move away from Manchester United amid a huge reshuffle at the club this summer.
Benni McCarthy has become a key figure under Erik ten Hag in the last 18 months, with the former striker joining Manchester United as an attacking coach.
McCarthy is well-loved by fans at Old Trafford and has been credited with helping guide Marcus Rashford to his 30-goal tally last campaign, as well as helping Rasmus Højlund find his goalscoring feet this season.

However, the 46-year-old South African has admitted that his future at the club is in doubt as he is eyeing a move away from United as he wants to become a manager.
“With the knowledge I’ve gained and everything I’ve contributed to the team – I want to take that and then eventually become a manager,” he told YOU Magazine.
“Because once you’ve sat in the hot seat at a club and you’ve experienced the adrenaline of decision-making and leading, you want to experience that again one day.”
This summer, a lot of changes are expected at United as a result of Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s acquisition of 25 per cent of the club, and there is no guarantee that Erik ten Hag will be at Old Trafford next season.
When a manager leaves a team, that often puts his coaches in a vulnerable position because there is often no guarantee that they will stay either, and depending on who INEOS will bring in should they relieve Ten Hag of his duties,, McCarthy may not be at United beyond this summer.
