Antony has sent a clear message after rejecting two offers before Manchester United received another fresh bid for their unwanted winger.
Manchester United are looking to make more signings this summer after the additions of Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo and Diego Leon.
But in order to make that happen, the Reds need to sell players and there are various unwanted stars up for sale this summer, including Antony.
The Brazilian winger had a tough time at Old Trafford after signing for the club in 2022 but found form away from the club last season when he went on loan to Real Betis.
It seemed likely that the Spanish club would try to make Antony’s move permanent this summer but they have failed to show the cash so far. Thankfully, it appears that there are other options on the table.
Antony sends clear message as United receive fresh bid
Antony has reportedly received offers from Brazilian clubs Botafogo and Sao Paulo this summer but the United winger’s response has been clear.
According to Antenados, Antony has rejected both proposals and explained that he is not considering a move back to his home country at this stage in his career.
Meanwhile, the latest information from Footmercato have stated that United have received an offer for Antony from Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr.
It was not revealed the exact price Cristiano Ronaldo’s team have offered but it could provide a solution to a problem for those at Old Trafford.
Some reports have suggested that Antony is open to the move but it remains to be seen whether he wants to stay in a more competitive league in Europe or not.
United need sales soon
One of the problems United are facing is that the striker and midfielder markets are not blessed with loads of great options this summer.
Those are the two main positions they want to strengthen this summer but they need to get these sales over the line soon.
Antony is not the only one. Alejandro Garnacho, Tyrell Malacia and Jadon Sancho are all still at the club too and selling all four could generate enough funds for some important signings.

But if it takes too long for these departures to happen, then the realistic signings for United could be even slimmer than they currently are.
For a club who haven’t utilised the Saudi market enough so far, a generous fee for Antony would be a timely boost for those at Old Trafford.
