Given the recent state of affairs at Manchester United, I wouldn’t bemoan any United fan for deciding to make other plans for their Saturday afternoon, however there is a Premier League clash against Norwich taking place on Sir Matt Busby Way.
Dean Smith‘s side make the journey up north to Old Trafford on Saturday, coming off the back of an impressive 2-0 victory over fellow relegation candidates Burnley.
While The Canaries‘ fate seems all but sealed at the bottom-end of the table, United go into the fixture with a chance, albeit very slim, of still qualifying for the Champions League after a further Arsenal slip-up to Brighton last week.
If you are tuning in at the weekend, here are the players to keep an eye on.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the headlines of the last week have been dominated by Cristiano Ronaldo, following a dose of controversy in the aftermath of United’s defeat at Goodison Park.
The Portuguese forward is someone who has always responded more than adequately when his character or ability has been questioned, and both have certainly been on the agenda in previous weeks.
Ronaldo scored in the reverse fixture at Carrow Road, even if it was via a spot kick from 12 yards, in a fixture I would forgive any reader for struggling to recall, and I’m sure he’ll be looking to silence his doubters come Saturday.
He currently ranks joint fifth in the top scorers charts in the Premier League with 12 goals, but hasn’t scored since his hat-trick against Tottenham Hotspur last month.
United will be fully reliant on Ronaldo for goals over the 90 minutes, with the unreliable Edinson Cavani expected to miss out again through injury.
Though, for the legendary goal-scorer to thrive on Saturday, service must be much improved and the likes of Bruno Fernandes will have to up their game to help United shake the malice of previous performances.Embed from Getty Images
Ones to watch (Norwich)
As previously mentioned, Norwich managed to shake off a winless run of eight to dispatch of Sean Dyche’s Burnley in their previous fixture.
Pierre Lees Melou opened the scoring, but it’s the man who added the second that has been back in the goals as of recent.
Teemu Pukki is a name that Fantasy Premier League players of the 19/20 season will be all too familiar with, given his remarkable goal-scoring form at the start of that season.
His form this season has largely been patchy, but he’s still managed to rack up nine league goals across the current campaign.
The Finnish international has scored four goals in his last six starts for club and country and managed to add an assist in Smith’s side’s loss to Leeds United.
United’s defensive insecurities are ever prominent and Pukki could cause serious issues for whichever centre back partnership Ralf Rangnick opts to field.
